Fulfilling our clients’ expectations, we have extended the scope of our activity by offering a full financial and accounting service for companies, provided by qualified, energetic specialists under the supervision of statutory auditors and tax consultants in the seat of our company or in a client’s office at the request of the Principal.

We have worked out more than ten rules (strategies) to keep accounts (RKA) for holding companies and basic entities. These rules have been favorably accepted, are applied and have been fully adjusted to the requirements of the Accounting Act.

The scope of services to be provided includes:

keeping accounts,
keeping tax books of revenues and disbursements and settlements in personal income tax,
supervision of the methods of keeping accounts,
consultancy in the scope of accounting,
working out of rules (strategies) to keep the accounts (RKA),
preparation of any financial analysis, shares evaluation, etc.

The company is entitled to provide services of keeping accounting books and tax books on the basis of the Act on Auditors and their Self-Government (Journal of Laws No. 77 item 649 of 2009).
